Delivery
Victoria Crystal delivers orders within Poland and to countries of the European Union. The available delivery methods and the full shipping cost are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed.
Delivery within Poland
The following delivery methods are available for orders within Poland:
- courier delivery,
- delivery to an InPost parcel locker.
The delivery cost is PLN 25 for orders worth less than PLN 50. Delivery is free for orders worth PLN 50 or more.
Orders placed and paid for by 2:00 p.m. on business days are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
The standard order preparation time is up to 1 business day. The estimated delivery time within Poland is 1–2 business days from the date the parcel is dispatched.
Delivery to European Union countries
We deliver to European Union countries, including Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
The following delivery methods are available:
- delivery to an InPost parcel locker, where available in the selected country,
- courier delivery to the specified address.
Delivery is free for orders worth EUR 10 or more. The available delivery methods and the full delivery cost are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed.
Orders placed and paid for by 2:00 p.m. on business days are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
The standard order preparation time is up to 1 business day. The estimated delivery time to European Union countries is 2–3 business days from the date the parcel is dispatched.
Important information
The delivery time may depend on the destination country, the carrier’s operations, public holidays and the accuracy of the delivery address.
If your parcel is damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will help resolve the matter with the carrier.
