VICTORIA CRYSTAL ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

1. General Provisions

3. The order is accepted for processing after payment confirmation.
4. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read these Regulations and accept their provisions.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

1. All prices are provided in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
2. Available payment methods include, among others: online payment, cash on delivery, traditional bank transfer – according to the options available during the ordering process.
3. If payment is not received within 3 business days, the order may be cancelled.

4. Delivery and Processing Times

1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of Poland.
2. The delivery time is from 1 to 5 business days unless otherwise specified in the product description.
3. The delivery method and cost are selected by the customer during the ordering process.

5. Returns and Complaints

1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving a reason, provided that the goods remain in an unchanged condition, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
2. To return a product, please complete the Complaint Form available at https://victoria-crystal.pl/gwarancje-i-reklamacje, wait for contact from the seller, and follow further instructions by returning the product in its original packaging.
3. Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the report.

6. Intellectual Property

1. All website content, including texts, photos, logos, trademarks, and product descriptions, is the property of Victoria Crystal or its partners and is protected by copyright law.
2. Any copying, distribution, or use of website content without written permission is prohibited.

7. Applicable Law

1. The activities of the online store and these Regulations are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
